By accessing or using the services provided by Skynex Logistics (skynexlogistics.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform, including shippers, customers, and visitors. Skynex Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

All shipments booked through Skynex Logistics are subject to availability and the terms of our partner courier companies. By booking a shipment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

• Skynex Logistics acts as an aggregator and is not directly responsible for the physical handling of parcels.
• Shipments must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.
• Prohibited items may not be shipped through our platform under any circumstances.
• Skynex Logistics reserves the right to cancel or reject any booking that violates these terms.

Skynex Logistics facilitates Cash on Delivery (COD) collections on behalf of registered shippers. Payments are transferred on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to the shipper's registered bank account.

• Skynex Logistics is not liable for delays caused by banking institutions or incorrect account details provided by the shipper.
• All shipping charges are payable as per the agreed rate card at the time of booking.
• Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the expected payment date.

Skynex Logistics shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or courier partner failures.

The maximum liability of Skynex Logistics in respect of any single shipment shall not exceed the declared value of the parcel or the applicable insurance coverage, whichever is lower.

As a registered user of Skynex Logistics, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate sender and recipient information for every shipment.
• Ensuring that all parcels are properly packed and labelled before handover to the courier.
• Keeping your account credentials confidential and not sharing them with third parties.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform.

Shipments that are undelivered or refused by the recipient will be returned to the sender as per the policies of the respective courier partner. Return charges may apply.

Once a shipment has been booked and dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel a booking before dispatch.

Skynex Logistics offers integration with third-party platforms such as Shopify. By connecting your store, you authorize Skynex Logistics to access your order data solely for the purpose of fulfilling shipments.

Skynex Logistics is not responsible for any data loss or service disruption caused by third-party platforms. Each third-party integration is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
